Founded 2004: ‘Promoting welfare funding through the performance of live music by Royal Air Force musicians ... Although primarily organising concerts in areas and at locations where perhaps the bands would otherwise not be able to perform on a regular basis, through these concerts and the sale of RAF Music CDs and merchandise, the charity raises funds from which donations are also made to other service charities. The charity also provides welfare funds to support its own Royal Air Force musicians ...
