'We aim to present all of our concerts in a relaxed format, whilst still maintaining the highest artistic standards. If you attend a Newry Chamber Music concert you are guaranteed a great evening's entertainment. Our artists will introduce themselves and more importantly will talk about the music they are going to play, giving you some background about the composer, when the work was written, its historical context and what to listen out for. We like to feel connected to our audience so that we can all experience the joy of music making together.'
