‘Founded in 2019, we are an amateur orchestra that plays 3 concerts per year of ambitious repertoire to a professional standard in Watford and the surrounding area ... As well as 3 concerts per year, we also have plans for Chamber Music ensembles within the orchestra, and various outreach schemes for schools and the local community ... We invite any enthusiastic and vibrant players of a grade 8+ standard to join us ... We are extremely committed to maintaining an easy-going, sociable and accessible environment, which is why, as a general rule, we will not audition applicants.’
